Just a few kilometres from the bustling town of Kerikeri in the beautiful Bay of Islands the lodge is only 20 minutes drive from Paihia with its magical beach , water sports and sea cruises. Kerikeri is a vibrant fast growing town in the Bay of Islands with much historic significance, many vinyards, art and wine trails and wonderful restaurants. We have enjoyed a great lifestyle for the last 4 years and the potential is here to expand ( build chalets), and step it up a gear. The lodge, lends itself as a fine wedding venue or equestrian property with its 5 acres of heavy weight post and rail fencing. There is ample room with the five car parking area for stabling to be available. The lodge offers luxurious bed and breakfast accommodation set in 3 acres of tranquil water gardens with ponds, waterfall and pagodas. It is a delightful mixture of the old and the new, having an 'old world charm' and period elegance with modern comforts and is ideal for that quiet refreshing time away. Guests can enjoy a healthy organic breakfast by the bay windows in the spacious beamed lounge or a full English breakfast .
The Guest’s Lounge is called the Keeping Room and is built in the design of a Nantucket New England ‘House Keeping Room’ We have a large Inglenook Fireplace , Hi-Fi Stero, Digital Piano, extensive library and games for guests to make full use of. Breakfast is served in the sunny bay windows of the Keeping room.

We have two very spacious double rooms with ensuite bathrooms ; one with an adjoining room with two twin beds, making this combination suitable for family.
there is another double room with Queen bed and own separate private bathroom; also suitable for a single person.
For that special day, our spacious “Keeping Room” offers old world charm and is built in the style of a seventeenth century Kentucky farmhouse . It has a large Inglenook Fireplace, is heavily beamed and is perfect for that small intimate family wedding. Alternatively:
For a stunning outside ceremony, the water garden with its five ponds, waterfall and a pagoda lends itself to that wonderful NZ alfresco style. There is also plenty of room for a Marquee. 
A winter wedding in the Keeping room with the fire blazing. Jeff and Linda Cooper immigrated from the UK, 4 years ago and discovered this beautiful English-American style home nestled in the Historic town of Kerikeri. Just 4 kilometers from the township with its famous Stone Store and Mission House (the oldest buildings still standing in NZ) and set in natural scenic countryside.
The house naturally suits a B&B with six bedrooms and five ensuite bathrooms. Two huge lounges and dining room. There is an Inglenook fireplace in the "guest's' lounge room with two large bay windows. There is another three acres that have been sub-divided and are ready to go to the next stage with council consent.
