Freehold Premises
RiverSong's land is on 2 titles on 1/2+ acres. All cottages and the new house extension have codes of compliances. New Zealanders will understand how important this is! Title 1: 2x2BR fully equipped 6x8sqm Sunshine Homes with timber interior and low maintenance exterior, each sleeps up to 6. This section contains a large garage with sleep out (currently massage therapies room), guest laundry and storage. Day to Day Management
Staff
RiverSong can be run by approximately 2 fulltime people who have skills in accommodation management, cleaning, laundry, book keeping, handy person, and gardening between the two of them. It is currently run by 1 fulltime owner with some local help, and 1 part time owner who does book keeping and massage work.
