Tambaridge Bed and Breakfast is a luxury retreat for couples,families or singles with the best views and interesting native flora and fauna to observe whilst you relax on your own private balcony.There is also a six to eight person heated jacuzzi built into a large outdoor room on the landscaped grounds which overlooks the beautiful surrounding bushland and beyond to the lights of Brisbane at night.

Products / Services Tambaridge has five private themed luxury airconditioned spa suites for short term accommodation, all with large two person corner spas in their ensuited bathrooms,the suites all have their own private balconies with great views and a full cooked country style breakfast is served for guests either on their own private balconies or in the main dining room.Other meals are also available upon request.
The five themes of the suites are,Victorian, African, Nautical, Asian and Persian .They all have large two person spas in their ensuited bathrooms,there are queen,king and twin beds available,some rooms can also cater with extra beds,there is TV/DVD,Bar fridge and tea and coffee facilities as well as your own private balcony to look at the great mountaintop views or to stargaze at night and even watch a spectacular light show during electrical storms.
The owners are selling the freehold property at 1718 Tamborine-Oxenford Road,Wongawallan The cleverly designed building is of pole construction and clad in timber weather boards with featured colourbond cladding,and with a colourbonded steel roof.All windows are powder coated aluminium and the treated pine weather boards are left their natural colour to blend in with the surrounding bushland environment.The internal linings are of painted plasterboard and the flooring is a mix of hardwood timbers in the living rooms and carpet in three of the five guestrooms, the other two guestrooms have timber laminate floors.
The owners accommodation consists of a separate two storey wing to the guest wing,having three bedrooms,two bathrooms, a separate lounge and dining room a large upto date semi commercial kitchen and another sitting room upstairs with a balcony where the owners can enjoy the great moutaintop views as well.The master bedroom with ensuite is on the ground floor and could be used as overflow for guests if required.(it is actually the Victorian themed bedroom which can be number five guest suite).The other four guests suites are in another two storey wing on the opposite side to the owners quarters making the owners area private from the guests.

A list of all the furniture and equipment included in the sale and needed to operate the Bed and Breakfast is available and all furniture,linen and decorator items in the guests area is included in the sale.The web site,all licences,business name,telephone number and accommodation agents sites are included in the selling price.It should be noted that as well as the necessary licences for the Bed and Breakfast there is also a licence to operate a small cafe on site.
The current owners operate the business on their own with no necessity for extra staff and the gardens are easy care low maintenance style with many advanced trees and shrubs that create spectacular colour in their various flowering seasons.

Tamborine Mountain is a lush mountaintop rainforest a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of the Coast,it has a subtropical to temperate climate.It is a plateau,550 metres above sea level,4 kilometres wide and 8 kilometres long and originated as a lava flow from the Mount Warning volcano,some 22 million years ago.
The mountain is a flora and fauna sanctuary with an attitude to conservation which started in 1908.Amongst the large variety of fauna there are Albert lyrebirds,scrub turkeys,lorikeets,bower birds and whip birds to mention a few.There are even platypus in the mountain creeks.Fireflies glow in the rainforest at night,and the glow worms at Curtis Falls are a special attraction.Deep in the National Parks are stands of Piccabeen palms and towering fig trees with elkhorns,staghorns,crows nest ferns and orchids.There are 9 sections of National Park,each with its own character and picnic facilities are provided.
The famous Gallery Walk at Eagle Heights has a myriad of shops,galleries and cafes for the tourist to enjoy,and there are a number of Cellar Door Wineries,two breweries and a Distillery manufacturing vodka products,not to mention the boutique Witches Chase Cheese Factory and the new Rainforest Skywalk.Being only 40 minutes from the high rise resorts at the Gold Coast makes the mountain very accessible for a day trip, which usually turns into an overnight stay for tourists that keep returning to the magic of the mountain and its attractions.
