Founders@Turangi was built in 1999/2000 as a purpose built Bed and Breakfast,and has operated as such ever since.
Handy to the Tongariro Alpine Crossing and Tongariro National Park and the skifields of Mt Ruapehu, Turangi is a holiday venue for tourists and NZ'ers alike.
The Tongariro River and other local rivers and nearby Lake Taupo are famous trout fishing destinations.
White water rafting,kayacking, lake and river water sports all make Turangi a special destination in the magic Central Plateau !

Downstairs the house has 4 ensuite double guest rooms and a guest lounge with a logfire and a TVroom/library.
Breakfast is in the sunny dining room and open plan kitchen area each morning.
A separate powder room and large foyer/reception area completes the downstairs area which is surrounded by veranda outside.
Upstairs there is a large ensuite bathroom with a bath and a shower and owners bedroom and 'walkin' wardrobe.
Another bedroom and owners lounge completes this floor.
Above the garage is a studio apartment with small kitchen and a bathroom on the ground floor level.
The laundry is also off the garage.
All furniture, linen, crockery etc that belongs to the BnB is included with this property. There is a chattels list available.
