The Cottage
The two-bedroom cottage is next to the main Lodge. It offers 180 degree views over the Rotorua city and local farmland of Rotorua. The cottage is beautifully decorated and fully self contained with everything for your comfort. It has one bedroom with a Queen bed, one bedroom with two single beds, and a double bed in the lounge. There is a cot available for a baby.

Freehold property

Westminster Lodge is a 1.8986 hectare (approximately 5 acres) property at 58a Mountain Road, Rotorua. It comprises a 2-story Lodge with Rooms and Units (449 square metres), and a self-contained cottage (71.8 square metres). Both buildings are constructed of concrete floors with brick and battened Hardiflex cladding and a concrete tile roof. Interior plasterboard walls are painted or wall papered.

The Lodge has a guest lounge and a guest dining room.

Owner's apartment
The owners have their own private area with own lounge and bedroom with ensuite bathroom. They use the main kitchen area.
